We're not using any redirection service anymore, so that's not the problem.

Other people seem to be having the same problem, in other sites, but we can access Megarotic without any problems...

Either you have caught, elsewhere, some kind of trojan, or Megarotic is experiencing some problems.

Try to access Megarotic again. As a last resort, use the other download link.
